I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Atlanta, GA) in October 2017.
First round with Recruiter on the phone. Went quite well. It was a free flowing conversation. Discussed my resume and work experience in detail. Since I am an international student and would need sponsorship for work visa, we also discussed the various options at my disposal and ones they are willing to offer.
