    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Baltimore, MD) in October 2015.

    Interview

Primarily behavioral but there were a substantial amount of behavioral questions. I had interviewed with three accounting firms prior to this experience and thought this one went the worst of all three of the firms (two were in the big four).
