Employees rate Salt Lake City 37% higher than the overall average
I have been working at Grant Thornton full-time (More than a year)
Fair amount of flexibility in work hours, can work from home if needed. Feedback (in the form of review points) during busy season helps employees progress in technical skills. Great environment to work in, never worried about personal life/standards being compromised.
Feedback process is lacking outside of busy season, not a lot of structure of expectations after first few months. Sometimes difficult, though not unbearable, to communicate upwards.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Salt Lake City, UT) in September 2016.
Grant Thornton didn't communicate well by forgetting to send a rejection letter. I was very glad to not have gotten the offer, due to the incredibly awkward culture. Overall happy it didn't work out.
