    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (San Jose, CA) in October 2014.

    Interview

The process was pretty easy. You get to talk to a couple of partners/senior managers/directors. Questions are not very technical focused. They just want to get to know you which is nice. Overall, just be yourself and you should be fine.
