I have been working at Grifols full-time (More than a year)
Work life balance is excellent and everyone is kind and caring. The companies mission to help patients is strongly embedded in the culture and everyone is willing to pitch in. Lots of charity events such as 10k Runs to raise awareness or Habitats for Humanity. Employees are encouraged to give back to their communities and leadership is supportive of these activities. Company has a great mission, employees are proud to work here and help those in need. Benefits are excellent, PTO is above average and accrues very quickly after your second year.
Foreign company managed from afar, so changes happen frequently. Some changes made seem out of touch due to management being in a different country with different culture. Otherwise, there's not much to complain about
Advice to Management
Allow the U.S. employees more freedom and value our judgement. Otherwise, keep doing your thing!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grifols (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2019.
Nice experience. Was interviewed by three different people. Two at once, and then one on his own. Interview lasted a bit over an hour. The people interviewing me were not trying to be intimidating. They were honest and they expect you to be honest as well. They also showed me around the offices.
