I have been working at HNTB full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible work arrangements and fast pace industry. Very challenging which I personally love and the people are friendly . Not micromanaged. Management Support.

    Cons

Consulting so there is a lot of but kissing to the client. Least favorite part of the job.

    Advice to Management

Better HR and IT structure. HR is in a city 3hrs away.
