   I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Advantage Capital (Hanover, NH) in Dec 2021

   Interview

   Starts with 2 calls with an external HR company where they see if you are going to be a good fit. Then it moves on to 3 different calls with current Analysts. Starting with the only Senior analyst, then a mid level analyst and finally one of the newer analysts. If you make it that far they invite you down to Hanover where you have to drive or fly in, (they do not pay for transport but do pay for the hotel and it is nice) where you go out to dinner with 2 analysts, then the next day you meet a bit before 9 AM for 3 one hour interviews each with a different person. This is where you first meet the higher ups in the office. The first one is with an analyst, second is with Joe Henderson the Senior Associate. He can be a hardo and the last one is with the Director of the branch. Expect some tough questions and a case study or 2.
