I have been working at HappyFresh as an intern (Less than a year)
I have only worked here for a short period of time, but I'm an American college student who only came to Indonesia for the first time to start my job at Happyfresh. Moving to a new country without knowing anybody or even knowing much about life there can be scary, but since my first day I've felt so welcomed and supported by other employees. It feels like a real community. HR was really helpful before my work started, helping me with visa applications and giving me housing recommendations. The atmosphere here is organized but relaxed enough so that I don't feel restricted and am comfortable speaking to anyone or asking questions.
It's in Jakarta, so for someone from the U.S. it's a long trip to make. It's also extra work adjusting to a new country/city. But I've had so much help from the people I've met here that I am really glad I came!

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at HappyFresh (Jakarta (Indonesia)) in May 2018.
CV shortlist, then couple of rounds of Skype interviews. First interview was decent, 2nd interview was taken by a guy half my age and had very little idea about the role.
