I have been working at Hays for the past 7 years and am always impressed with continuous training they deliver to their employees at all levels. I recently attended management training on how to build and lead a diverse team. The training was informative and a great opportunity to works with peers.
Cons
Recruitment can involve long hours which are often required to get the desired results however the company is trying to promote more flexible ways of working.
Advice to Management
Continue to invest in your people to help with retention.
