    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Healthgrades (Atlanta, GA) in March 2021.

    Interview

Initially applied for one job that I may not have been the best fit for so they offered me a junior position to that one. A thorough interview process but probably one interview too many. I can understand companies wanting to be selective about who they bring on but having more than 3 rounds of interviews for a non management position in a competitive market is going to cause you to miss some good candidates. I believed an offer was forthcoming but I had already received one from a company I started the process with around the same time that I rated a bit higher and declined the final interview with Healthgrades. I would interview again here, though.
