- Culture & Values
I have been working at Helen of Troy full-time (More than 3 years)
Helen of Troy has made a commitment to training and development for its associates - via online learning options and in person training. It's implementation of a company-wide culture training program encourages curiosity and a culture of respect and questioning how we've done things -- and is there a better way.
The company has also been very proactive and considerate of employees during the COVID19 outbreak (as of 3/30/20), it's been impressive to see HR, IT and leadership coming together and drive business forward in these uncertain times.
In all large companies, change works at a slow pace, it is no different here.
Advice to Management
Stay the course on current commitments - it will set the organization up for success as we emerge from COVID19.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Helen of Troy (Bend, OR) in July 2019.
Once you pass the initial application phase of the process, they'll ask you to submit a design for a potential project. If this goes well, they'll invite you by for a roughly four hour interview where you will have a panel interview with the design team and then break out into smaller one on one style interviews.
