I have been working at Helen of Troy full-time (More than 5 years)
Interesting, diverse work with enough change and growth opportunity to keep it dynamic. In the last few years, it's really changed into a world class place to work that you would expect at a publicly traded company. You can tell a friend about it and be proud to work there.
There are still some cliques within the company(mostly in certain offices) but it's quickly changing.
Advice to Management
Keep focused on the things that make you proud to work here. Work to make all the divisions equal.

Phone screen with HR, phone screen with Hiring Manager, in-person interview with cross-functional team, final interview with Hiring Manager, CMO & General Manager. Interview process was very thorough as cultural fit deemed very important at Helen of Troy. Enjoyed the process thoroughly and impressed with focus, professionalism and customer-centricity of organization. Spent 30 minutes with several people and all shared perspective of Consumer Relations position and input consistent across various functions. Great group of people, seems like a positive work environment and team atmosphere.
