Do not get complacent in your role and stop learning. No reason to promote if you don't take it upon yourself.

Give more opportunities for employees to cross-train/learn in order for promotion opportunities.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Herbalife (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2019.
Party was late to the call. One of them left halfway through with no explanation. Interview questions seemed off the cuff and irrelevant to my experience and the job listing.
