I worked at Hexcel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work place environment. Good training. Very interesting work. Management tries to be considerate.

    Cons

Got laid-off with 2 days notice. Lots off secrets. Not open and honest with employees.

    Advice to Management

Give more than 2 days notice. It's expected I give you two weeks if I want to quit.

Wages should be discussed openly. I made more than very long term employees. I didn't complain, but did discuss it with coworkers.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Hexcel (Kent, WA) in September 2016.

    Interview

Takes 3 interviews to get hired on. A pre-screen phone interview, a technical phone interview, and an on site interview. The on site interview is almost the same as the technical phone interview, and it's pretty annoying to be asked the same questions over.
