Employees rate Salt Lake City 35.3% higher than the overall average
I have been working at Hexcel full-time (More than a year)
The work here is not bad at all. You only work half the year. Also we get 7 days off Once a month! Schedule can be a bit challenging. We work days and nights as well as during the weekend depending on the shift you are on. These are 12hr shifts.
The challenges of working here is mainly the schedule. If you can be able to plan your family times around your days off then you should be okay.
Advice to Management
Management is okay. I would definitely say they are working to become a better department overall. Communication is definitely there but the actions to solving work problems can be a quite better than what we are seeing here.

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Hexcel (Salt Lake City, UT).
They hired me about a week after the interview. And then they called me whether I am interested or not first and then I said I am very interested. The overall interview question was a average to me.
