    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hibu (Reading, England (UK)) in September 2010.

    Interview

Onboarding day of about a dozen candiates, written test writing website copy and telephone consultancy proficiency test. All done in about a day. I was informed that I had the job very quickly and as they were keen to fill roles, my starting date was only about a fortnight after securing my new job at hibu (then Yell).

    Interview Questions

    • There wasn't so much a 1-2-1 question and answer, but a difficult part was writing copy with no style guide provided, which was quite irksome as I wasn't quite sure what tone of voice to adopt or any styles Yell used as a brand.   Answer Question
