I have been working at Highmark Health full-time (More than 10 years)
Flexibility in schedule. Benefits used to be very good, but changing all the time and not in a good way.
Company is taking away all the things that used to make this a great place to work. Benefits are shrinking, not as many opportunities. Too top heavy with management and project management personal. Nothing gets done quickly, too much red tape. A lot is due to the marketplace, but a lot of it is due to having too many unqualified people in management who only know how to go to meetings and not manage people/projects.
Advice to Management
Quit adding all these unnecessary projects/ideas that customers don't really care about. Get back to the basics, the core of the business and focus on doing it exceptionally well.
