Good work life balance

They trust you
Fews events a year that makes you get out of the daily routine.
On certain occasion, opportunity to travel to fairs.
Great offices, tools and company to work for.
Job itself a bit boring at times.
Lots of time repeating the same thing over and over again on the phone with clients.
Advice to Management
Variety of tasks and more BD responsabilities for the PSM.
Make sure comission based objectives are reachable.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HomeAway (Madrid (Spain)) in December 2017.
This was an interview for the office in Madrid.
First a call from one of the managers. Normal interview around 60 minutes telling you what they do and what are the looking for.
Follow up by a home assignment. Very boring and quite detail crud rest application with random constraints (no database, fixed formatting and pagination).
Got a no offer, never got any feedback of why not.
