I have been working at Horace Mann full-time (More than a year)
Great co-workers. If you give your best to management, they give you their best. If you run late or need to leave early and it's only on occasion not habitual, it's easy to do so. Reasonable work load more recently, in the past year. If you act like an adult with responsibility then you get treated as such. Seems like common sense but in today's world, not always the case.
Vacation time is difficult to schedule, seniority takes precedence and those who have been here longest get to take the holiday weeks EVERY year. Sick days are frowned upon, although not said you can feel it. It's very challenging to take time off.
Advice to Management
Possibly, adjust vacation scheduling so those that will never have seniority due to the length of time they have been there might get a chance to enjoy the holidays with their families, at least every couple of years!

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Horace Mann (Morrisville, NC) in September 2017.
1 screening interview with recruiter. 1 interview with two people via phone. 1 panel interview and another face to face with Human Resources. A complete waste of my time!!! Next time don’t waste someone’s time and not offer them the job. Getting people’s hopes up after four dang interviews. Sickening!!!
