    Pros

It was great while it lasted. The support staff in my department were amazing. I went through a generally detailed training, and had a great director who assisted me through each step of the way.

    Cons

Working by the hour was difficult at first, but I eventually got the hang of it.

    Advice to Management

Just a few kinks with Moodle, but generally a great system.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ICDC College (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2013.

    Interview

Contacted by one of the executives that had nothing to do with the area I was interviewing for.
His questions were simple and he seemed like he wasn't interested in providing a quality candidate.

    Interview Questions

    • Nothing major, the interview with the CEO was bizarre and uncomfortable.
Asked what I can do to "fix" the place.   Answer Question
