    Pros

There are some great people who work there.

    Cons

This company has no leadership, I mean none in the upper management. This is the worst company I have ever worked for that has no leadership. For the ones that do, the upper management has them locked out of everything. If you don't have more than 10 years with this company better watch your back. I suggest caution if any one applies for this company.

    Advice to Management

You have people in the wrong places. You need to revaluate the so called staff. staff

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ITW (Fort Worth, TX) in September 2018.

    Interview

The interview process started with an email from HR with a list of screening questions, then followed by a phone call with the HR manager. A call was then set up with the hiring manager, and then an in person interview which ended up being a panel of 4 people. It would have been nice to be notified of the panel before arriving for the interview. The interview went great and I was told I would be hearing back soon. I followed up 2 times with the hiring manager with no response, and also followed up with the HR manager also with no response. The company went from being very responsive during the interview process to dead silence afterwards. I believe as a candidate, my time is just as valuable as theirs in the hiring process and would have expected more professionalism in responding to my efforts to reach them regarding the status of the role.
