I have been working at Imperva full-time (Less than a year)
Once a thought leader in the industry. You hear about the history of this place.
So they announce a recent data breach this week which for a company like this is a death blow. This isn’t nearly the first time Cloud WAF has had serious issues or problems. Customers should stop and at least check their license Agreements and seek alternatives where real investments are being made around stability.
Advice to Management
Having floor staff put out 11 positive reviews a day or two after the breach announcement isn’t fooling anyone nor is it making you look any better. It would start by leadership understanding what customers actually do with our products. This is what happens when you stay tucked away in your remote home offices and don’t visit them.

4-stage, one in-person and three phone interviews. In person interview was conducted by the support team manager and also included one of the Tier 2s, to further get a sense of my fit with the team.
