I have been working at InVue as a contractor (Less than a year)
I have had the pleasure of doing contract work for various departments in the company which has allowed me to really gauge the dynamics throughout the Charlotte office.
InVue values its associates, and it shows. Between engagement activities, such as Valentines grams and Checkers game outings, to employee appreciation breakfasts/lunches, they are constantly making sure employees know their worth.
HR always has an open door and takes feedback to heart, creating a solution-based environment. Throughout the office, leaders are friendly and communicate with their teams eye-to-eye, eliminating the condescending tone I have felt at other places. They even pick up workload that some other directors would say is "beneath them". Everyone is equal when it comes to tackling challenges and creating ideas for improvement.
The building is super new and clean, with quality workstations that even have raising desks so you can sit or stand in your cubicle.
Another important note is that InVue seems to be heading in a positive direction in terms of growing the business. The products and services they provide will continue to be in high demand in our tech-based society.
I plan to continue working here as long as possible and would certainly recommend them to any of my friends or former colleagues.
The only imperfect element that comes to mind is the temperature can be a little cold in the office - nothing that a few layers can't assist with!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at InVue (Charlotte, NC) in May 2018.
The interview process was organized and insightful. The HR staff thoroughly understood the position and provided a great deal of insight into the organizational goals and company culture. The initial screening questions were well thought out and the detail around role expectations at this point in the process was much appreciated. The onsite interviews were challenging but every person ensured that enough time was allocated for my questions and feedback.
