- Massive Investment in our products and NA groups - sales, marketing, analysts and products.
- Our US Sales Director, is a big reason why many of us are still here today. He's a great leader and finds ways to motivate the team. His door is always open for us and is very supportive of our efforts.
- Aneil Rakity - Ovum Managing Director also a great asset to our group, very involved and out to feedback.
- Promoting internal talent to key positions within Ovum has made a difference in 2017, we've seen improvements in the content we produce, a strong account management team, positive customer experience, and a clear/defined strategy for Ovum in 2018 combined with a trunk full of services to offer.
Base salaries are slightly below average but with time and demonstrating your worth Mgmt will compensate you.
Commission plans change every year, which has been the company's Achilles' heel from a sales perspective in the past. However this current plan is fair and hopefully doesn't change again next year.
