    I worked at Integrity Staffing Solutions full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly people, positive fast paced environment. Leaders on site were helpful and easy to work with. CEO and regional manager on site and willing to help.

    Cons

    Was hired to work in RO at Amazon location. Was told positions were through December. On 12/8 was told this was last week. Lack of training and leadership was evident. No communication between Amazon and staffing office lead to confusion. Office lacked basic processes and expectations for workforce. Management let's people do bare minimum and keep their jobs

    Advice to Management

    Really show you care about people by expecting everyone to do their part. If guests having a great experience is top priority, how will that happen when office goes from 14 to 3 people overnight?
