    Pros

The technology is wonderful. The job is a constant challenge. It feels like playing a video game. I enjoy the challenge and a great team around me.

    Cons

Lock into a specific schedule which is way too restrictive and inflexible.

    Advice to Management

More flexible scheduling/time off options. Difficult to have a day off or flex a schedule to meet personal needs.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Interactions (Indianapolis, IN) in February 2015.

    Interview

Interview over the phone. The phone interview consisted of a few questions regarding your background and work history. Then, if the recruiter is impressed then enlisted to go to orientation for the position. In the orientation, you are required to take a skills test where you must pass with 80% or higher if you do not pass with 80% then you must leave. After you pass, you must take a drug test, then you are required to attend a three day training. In that training, you must pass a test with a 80% or better.
