    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Investors Bank (Iselin, NJ) in November 2017.

    Interview

Interview was pretty easy. Was interviewed by three people; the manager, supervisor and the HR rep. It's a new team so they were looking for someone that has a good understanding of the customer onboarding process as well as KYC. I had BSA experiences as well as KYC which was a plus.

I got the offer phone call 3 days after my interview. They started me off at a salary of $65,000 with a 15% yearly bonus. Not bad! The only downside is that you have to have an account with them to get direct deposit. You will also be expected to do some volunteering for one day on your first week there.

    Interview Questions

    • Walk me through a process of a basic KYC review for a CDD customer (something along the lines of it)
