I worked at Jack Henry & Associates full-time (More than a year)
Amiable environment geared to encourage improvement and advancement. Periodic reviews of performance with guidance on problem areas and recognition for excellent service.
The shifts are more unusual than the shifts found at most companies, shifts range from 7 am through 1 am because the call center provides service to areas throughout the US
Advice to Management
The training provided is unique with refresher courses when changes are made but are not always conveyed in a time frame that allows for proper retention and understanding.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Jack Henry & Associates (Elizabethtown, KY) in November 2020.
Process was rushed as hiring manager had set a seemingly unreasonable start date. I was pushed through a process of interviews and references in less than a week. My exclusion was seemingly based on information that was available from simply reading my resume or understanding my prior experience. My sense was that I was simply used to allow the hiring manager to claim he had seen a minimum number of candidates. Avoid this company.
