I have been working at KaVo Kerr full-time (More than 5 years)
Driven by change and innovation. Your supervisor will be willing to train you into his/her successor so that he/she can level up. Pay well compared to market trend. This place will train and groom you into a star if later you decide to move on into other companies.
Aggressive and can be a cut-throat environment. Company culture does not support Work-life-balance.
Advice to Management
Now that I know how the company is led, I am confident in investing in DHR stocks.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KaVo Kerr (Orange, CA) in June 2013.
Met with 3 mid level managers and the Plant Manager. Spent 30-45 minutes with each discussing my experience and getting to know their expectations for the role. None of the questions were all that hard. Seemed like the managers were unsure about the purpose of the role. Once hired, I actually did things very different than discussed in interview.
