Employees rate Albuquerque 17.6% higher than the overall average
I have been working at Keller Williams full-time (Less than a year)
Coaching, Training, and support! The coaching offered is wonderful and really helped propel my career in Real Estate! There is always someone available to help or point you in the right direction.
I can not think of any specific cons. However the splits are higher than other companies, but still feel you get a lot of support, and education included that is worth a higher split for me.
Advice to Management
Love that management is hands on and always available for advice, and guidance. Management in the office really sets the tone for everyone working there and it is nice to see a positive work environment.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Albuquerque, NM) in March 2012.
Met with the qualifying broker, they gave me an overview of the company, their philosophies and training. They also gave me a personality assessment called the DISC which is highly used and regarded throughout KW nationwide. This is what they use to determine where you may be best suited in the organization, whether it's as a team leader, buyers agent, transaction coordinator, or paperwork/compliance.
