    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Austin, TX) in October 2020.

    Interview

KW, interview process is unique. The company broke the mold to what we deem as normal. The process while lengthy is an interesting journey.

I was recruited on Linkedin, had a pretty insightful conversation with the recruiter. After a pretty successful conversation, I was the scheduled to speak with the hiring manager a pretty special human in general. Next, I took an assessment and the scheduled a time to discuss my result, after that I was scheduled to discuss my life and how I made it to this point , then a meet to speak to the team, then a final with the VP.
