    Pros

Annual commission caps are great. Low monthly office fees.

    Cons

Doesn't carry the "luxury home" reputation as well as I would like.

    Advice to Management

Work on developing a better "high-end" reputation.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Keller Williams (Rancho Palos Verdes, CA) in March 2011.

    Interview

Describe your experience. Here is how we pay. These are our splits and annual caps, is that okay? Good. Here is the employment paperwork. Welcome aboard. If you want an office it costs this much. If not we have an "open seating" area with computers for your use.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Limited. They knew their annual caps were among the best available - short of a 100% brokerage. Same goes for office fees. Caps and office fees are low enough that negotiating is pretty much a moot point.
