I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kellogg Company (Cary, NC) in January 2015.
Phone screen with onsite followup. If the job was to be posted for two weeks, they would not initiate any interview actions until the full two weeks had elapsed. after that they would screen resumes before selecting candidates to call.
