I worked at Kellogg Company as an intern (Less than a year)
Amazing culture, great learning opportunities, iconic brands, good pay
Little opportunity for full-time employment

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kellogg Company (Mississauga, ON (Canada)) in March 2014.
First a 30-40 mins phone call with the HR manager, then an inperson interview with two marketing managers, then a panel interview with HR, marketing managers, and a director
The first two rounds are easy. In the panel interview, you have to prepare a presentation walking them through your resume and explaining why youre the best candidate. Be comfortable and honest and make sure you highlight some of the key facts (ie. analytical skills, your marketing experience, your accomplishments) etc. They asked tons of questions, but if you know your resume well, they arent difficult at all.
Didn't do any negotiation. Compensation was good.
