I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time (More than a year)
Great benefits and perks like work from home up to 2 days a week and 8 months of Friday Summer hours.
Very smart people and great to work with
Family oriented and caring people
Lack of focus and prioritization from Senir leadership down to rest of us
Very meeting heavy culture
Advice to Management
Set a focused strategy and stick with it.
Help us to prioritize
Implement rules to reduce meetings e.g. no lunch hour meetings

I applied online. I interviewed at Kellogg Company (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in September 2016.
Three people in interview - One asking questions and writing down answers. They sat at one end and you sat at the other...they wanted to look to see how your body language was. They questions asked were sitiuational. They wanted you to tell them - what you did right, what you did qrong and what you would change. Very direct questions and very focused.
