    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KnowBe4 (Berlin (Germany)) in June 2021.

    Interview

    I have applied website, next day had one phone interview/screening with the Director of People Operations DACH and then a Zoom interview the next day with the Director of People Operations, the Director Customer Success Management and the VP of Customer Success Management.

    A part of the call was a role play, which was very perfectly organized by the Director of People Operations and it gave me inside into what to expect in day-to-day operations in my role as a Customer Success Manager specifically at KnowBe4.
