Applied for the role, HR then engaged me, a follow up meeting was organised a couple of days later with the Sales VP, Christmas/NY break and accepted role in the new year. It was pretty seamless and engaging.InterviewTBF, I cannot recall verbatim yet it was aligned to experience in channel, past role history compared to this role, transferable skills, challenges overcome and how I would impact this role positively for the company. It was a discussion rather than being under a spotlight which was great and within a very relaxed environment. By no means was this easy but I was comfortable which assisted with responses.
