Engaging culture, transparent growth and career development opportunities, solid employee support, people-first mindset, great benefits, companywide bonus, mindful of diversity and inclusion, open to remote work depending on the position, daily morning meeting with the CEO.
Although it's also a huge pro, the company is in hyper-growth, it moves fast — so being an employee in an international area takes extra effort to feel like part of the HQ team.

Keep connecting individually with the teams as we grow.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at KnowBe4 (São Paulo, São Paulo (Brazil)) in August 2020.
The entire process took a few weeks. It began with a quick phone interview with some specific industry- and company-related questions, aside from some personality ones. The HR interviewer was very nice and clear in her communication. Passing led to a technical assessment. Then to an interview with the direct manager and another stakeholder. Then to a more thorough background check and tests. Then to a final interview up the chain.
Everyone seemed prepared for the interviews with questions and concerns made clear. Everyone was extremely nice and respectful.
