I have been working at LMC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I have been with LMC for over 2 years now and completely love it. I started out onsite being a Community Manager. Now I am in the training and development department. We hire for attitude and train for skill. Our leaders make us feel important and that we matter. At the end of the day you want to be part of the team and included in the big picture and LMC certainly provides that through and through.

    Cons

    None to speak on.

    Advice to Management

    Keep hiring amazing people!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at LMC (Charlotte, NC) in June 2019.

    Interview

Two phone interviews followed by a super day.

Kept getting lead on post interview, for months. Huge waste of time, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Probably due to lack of an HR dept
