Advice to Management
Reduce 'red tape' keep management as professional, just less focus on the selling the landrys card and other items servers don't care about.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Landry's (New York, NY) in July 2015.
The process took about a month. I interviewed with 3 different concepts with probably close to a dozen different people after all was said and done. 2 of the locations I interviewed for already had someone in house or local that was going for the same position. Everyone I spoke with at Landrys was very nice and easy to talk to. Professional without losing that personal touch. It was a very enjoyable experience.
Very relaxed. Was asked how much I would like to make and why.
