They really care about you, your happiness, and retention. Very accommodating

    Cons

They also must make the client happy and work within the parameters of the contract, so depends on who you were hired to work for

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Leidos (McLean, VA) in December 2011.

    Interview

Personal interview with Program Manager and Division Manager. I was transferring from a different division to fill an immediate program need. The process completely circumvented the normal HR screening process except for recruiters who were doing internal scouting. The outplacement program for those working on closed programs was excellent in all respects; the losing organization proactively engaged the rest of the company to ensure that all recruitment efforts were shown to employees losing coverage. As far as I could tell this practice has been continued.
