    Pros

I am a current Lendio employee so it may appear that I have drank the cool aid but this review is anonymous and I feel strongly enough to be compelled and come and write here. Lendio is a special place not because it is perfect here but because this place is ours and our customer's and our partner's. This place is special because we have a strong bond to our mission and an understanding why we ultimately do what we do. It is not a tag line, we live our customer's success and we fuel the american dream.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lendio (New York, NY) in May 2019.

    Interview

You first interview with HR and get screened. Then you move on to the hiring manager. Then you get interviewed by the hiring manager's manager. And then an onsite interview with people in the office. In my case, it was virtual interviews followed by an onsite office interview.

I did not get an offer but when I asked the HR person a simple follow-up question, they went dark. Common courtesy would be to reply, especially when you are in HR.

    Interview Questions

    • Standard questions during my video interviews. And looks like things were going well. But then when I met with the people in the office, their questions were weird and their answers to my questions were also strange. They were a younger group but the environment did not seem right.   Answer Question
