Employees rate Melbourne 14.8% lower than the overall average
I have been working at Liberty IT Solutions full-time (More than a year)
Not sure where to begin. Many varieties of free coffee, as much as I can drink.
Many opportunities here. No fear of being unemployed after current role ends as there is plenty of work in the queue waiting to be worked on. Great sense of teamwork with both teammates in the office as well as with those working remotely. Not micromanaged, but at the same time management is on top of things and keeps the operation running smoothly. I believe management truly cares about employees as well. Diverse group of people to work with, especially with regard to age and experience. Pleasant relaxed work environment. Some wear business casual...others in shorts and flip-flops. Exercise room and Recreation room on site. Salaries are probably comparable to other similar employers in the area. I would highly recommend this employer.
Hard to say. I guess I miss having a trash can at my cubicle. I had a trash can at my previous employer. But if that's the worst thing I can come up with, I guess I really can't complain.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty IT Solutions (Melbourne, FL).
Had a quick phone interview, then came in for a very informal in person interview. Was told I was interviewing with 3 people, but only interviewed with 2. Toured the facility, which was awesome. The role sounded interesting and like something I'd be great at. The next week I received a canned rejection email from a job I didn't even apply for.
