I have been working at Life.Church full-time (More than a year)
Love the flexible work environment, lends very well to creating balance between work and family. Self-development is highly encouraged. The Pace is fast and you always feel challenged. Incredible leadership over the church as a whole, very organized, highly value excellence. Do a great job of building up leaders and encouraging us to expand our leadership.
The only downside our family has experienced is just with having a spouse with an opposite schedule can occasionally make it difficult to find family time as a whole or getting creative with child care for one time events and such but outside of that I really can't come up with any true "downsides".
The only advice I can offer is if you are not highly driven and fast-paced, this may not be the work environment for you. We run on two speeds: Chaos and Insane.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life.Church (Jenks, OK) in May 2015.
Very intense but well worth the process. You learn a lot about yourself in the interview and every conversation regardless of if you are in the actual interview or just at dinner is part of the process. If you make it to the other side there is a very high rate of success, very few will not make it past the 90 days. This is why the interview is very intense because they want to set the organization as a whole up to succeed. Know that it is not just you interview, your spouse is also a part of the interview as well.
