I have been working at Life Time part-time (More than 5 years)
Working at Lifetime as a referee for the Ultimate Hoops league is tremendous. You're afforded as many games as you'd like and the pay is competitive to most rec basketball leagues. The real differentiation from other leagues is you're given a free platinum level membership while you are employed. The managers who handle scheduling are also phenomenal people to work with and for.
The player conduct is a problem. They are Lifetime members and need to be treated as such (High customer service and not a bad thing) but the players really take it to another level and there really isn't a mechanism for keeping player conduct in check unless it violates club rules for things like fighting.
Advice to Management
Continue to be flexible and retain great league coordinators and managers while trying to empower referees to deal with player conduct issues.
