    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Garden City, NY) in October 2015.

    Interview

I was recruited online, then called by fitness manager. Once I expressed interest in then was scheduled for a face to face interview with fitness manager. Next was a practical interview with another fitness manager. She asked me to coach her and walk her through a consultation. Then she had me coach some correctives, and then talk through a few scenarios. Then, I scheduled a face to face with GM. Finally a quick phone interview with Regional Fitness director.
