I worked at Life Time full-time
Good culture, fast paced, great support
Raises are hard to come by
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2019.
Five part process. Including call with regional recruiter, meeting with PT manager, practical assessment, meeting with general manager, and final call with an education manager. Was all pretty straight forward. Practical assessment was just a mock complimentary training session with a manager. Not a bad process, took about a week longer to give me a decision than they promised. Led to me burning a bridge with another employer unfortunately.
