I have been working at Life Time part-time (More than a year)
I have always experienced great things with the other employees and the benefits are great.
Corporate is sometimes hard to get ahold of.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (White Bear Lake, MN) in January 2015.
There were two interviews. 1st with Member experience manager and then with the GM. I was told to memorize the Mission Statement and talk about my fitness goals. She never asked me to recite the mission statement. We just had a nice conversation about my retail experience and customer service style. They were both friendly and professional.
