    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (White Bear Lake, MN) in January 2015.

    Interview

There were two interviews. 1st with Member experience manager and then with the GM. I was told to memorize the Mission Statement and talk about my fitness goals. She never asked me to recite the mission statement. We just had a nice conversation about my retail experience and customer service style. They were both friendly and professional.

    Interview Questions

    • What is my favorite thing to do at the club? (I was a current member)
      What hours/Days can I work?
Would I be willing to help out at another location?
What is my process for dealing with difficult people?   1 Answer
