Interview
I saw the role on LinkedIn, and contacted the recruiter - had an initial Teams interview with the hiring manager which was an overview of my experience and competency based questions lasting an hour. I had to request a follow up session because I had no opportunity to ask questions, and that was useful. Feedback from the recruiter was positive and I was asked to prepare a case study for the next stage. Following on from that (also a Teams interview lasting an hour), and despite following up with the recruiter, I received no further feedback. I appreciate a company may not want to go through to final stage with a candidate, or circumstances change but to hear absolutely nothing is both disappointing and unprofessional.InterviewArticulate a partnership plan framework for XYZ Bank.
