I have been working at Lucas Group full-time (Less than a year)
The environment and culture are very friendly and make it very easy to succeed.
I can't think of any cons. If there are any issues all you have to do is speak up and everyone is willing to work with you.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lucas Group (Houston, TX) in March 2012.
Phone call for Managing Partner and is they like you they will invite you in from this call.
Then you meet with the Managing Partner if they are interested they will have you come back on a different day to meet with the entire team (One on One)
The Team interview is to make sure you understand the role and what is expected. They will question your ability to be successful as a recruiter.
The team discuss your background and decides collectively if you are a fit although, even when others have disagreed the Managing Partner will have final say
One good thing, if you're fit but may be better suited on another team they will have you meet additional people.
It's a good place if you never recruited before since they have good training. If you recruited before it may be hard for you to work without boundaries. Candidates/Clients
I was with them for a couple of years and I found it to be a good opportunity but politics plays a strong role here. They dont reward top performers. Always starting a ground zero.
